To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, we ask that you review and follow our policies during your visit. These guidelines help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information, including your phone number, will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
EMERGENCY INFORMATION
In case of emergency, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
Please report any suspicious vehicles, persons, or activities to both law enforcement and RV Texoma management as soon as possible. Your safety and the safety of other guests is our priority.
Be sure to provide the gate code to emergency responders so they can access the property.
After contacting emergency services, please notify management at 855.788.3966. If you are unable to reach someone, leave a detailed voicemail describing the situation.

ONLINE BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
All reservations must include accurate details for:
vehicles, RV length, number of guests (adults and children), and pets.
Failure to provide accurate information will result in additional charges upon arrival. Non-payment may lead to cancellation without refund and immediate removal from the property.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To complete your reservation, you must:
- Click “FINALIZE” in your confirmation email
- Digitally sign all policies and save

From Highway 377 → East on 901 → South on Greer Road (1.5 miles).
Entrance gate is on the left between two oak trees.
Gate access requires a
confirmed and paid reservation.
Your gate code is the
last 4 digits of your confirmation number.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
RV Texoma is a wildlife management resort designed to provide a peaceful, quiet, and safe environment.
The property is secured with gated access and 24/7 video/audio surveillance for your safety.
GATE & SPEED LIMIT
Please wait until the gate is fully open before proceeding. The gate closes automatically after 30 seconds.
Speed limit is 10 mph on entrance and exit roads. Drive slowly and respectfully at all times.
When exiting:
- Stay to the right side to activate the sensor
- Stop at the red “STOP HERE” sign
- Do not pull too close to the gate
Improper use may result in damage charges.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in:

Check-out:
By 1:00 PM
Late check-out (until 3:00 PM) must be approved in advance and is not guaranteed.
Any violations regarding guest count, pets, or vehicles may result in immediate charges or removal without refund.
SITE TYPES & PAYMENTS
Daily & Weekly Sites
All fees must be paid before arrival and are non-refundable.
Monthly Sites
Require:
- $250 site deposit
- $250 electricity deposit
- Full monthly payment in advance (non-refundable)
Monthly stays are billed automatically, and all charges must be paid by the 5th of each month. Late payments incur fees and may result in eviction.
Early departures or failure to meet minimum stay requirements may result in loss of deposits and rate adjustments.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept all major
credit and debit cards only.
Cash, checks, and third-party payments are not accepted.
Guests are fully responsible for all charges on their account.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Guests must respond to calls, emails, or messages within 24 hours.
Failure to respond may result in cancellation, recalculated charges, or removal from the property.
UTILITIES & HOOKUPS
- Use pressure regulators for water connections
- Use surge protectors for electrical connections
- Sewer connections must comply with Texas law (sealed and secure)
Only RV-safe materials may be used in sewer systems.
TRASH POLICY
All trash must be bagged and placed inside designated receptacles.
Trash may not be left outside overnight or in open areas. Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean at all times.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome but must always be on a leash.
They may not be left unattended outside and must be cleaned up after immediately.
Aggressive breeds and pets over 20 lbs are not permitted. Excessive noise from pets is not allowed.
SITE RULES
Sites must be kept clean and orderly.
Allowed items include small decorations, furniture, grills, and bikes, as long as they are maintained properly.
Permanent or semi-permanent structures require management approval.
No storage is allowed under RVs.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Please respect other guests and minimize noise and lighting.
VEHICLES & RV REQUIREMENTS
- Maximum of 2 vehicles per site (excluding RV)
- Vehicles must remain on designated gravel areas
- Older RVs (over 12 years) require approval
- No vehicle repairs or washing allowed on site
CONDUCT & SAFETY
Guests must behave respectfully at all times.
Offensive language, intoxication, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
FIREARMS & FIREWORKS
Firearms may only be used in emergency situations and must comply with all laws.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
SMOKING
Dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not leave them on the ground or in fire pits.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Large gatherings or public events
- Washing vehicles
- Mechanical repairs
- Hazardous materials
- Hunting or animal processing
SECURITY & PRIVACY
The property is monitored 24/7 for safety.
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for security or marketing purposes, but personal information will never be shared.
MANAGEMENT POLICY
RV Texoma operates as a hospitality service, not a landlord/tenant relationship.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or request departure at any time for failure to comply with policies.
