LONG TERM MONTHLY RESERVATIONS
Reservations can lock in the best current prevailing long term monthly rate when committed to and booked for up to 6 Months, with a minimum of 3 months stay, and will be held by the 150.00 site deposit. Should you depart prior to the end of your 3 month or longer committed stay, your site deposit will become non-refundable even if 30 day notice is given. If you desire to extend past the 6 month reservation, you may be able to extend your reservation 60 days prior to the end of the current blocked reservation period for up to another 6 month period. It is possible for a new guest to book your site after your reservation period ends, so it is advantageous to request an ongoing monthly reservation status to prevent someone from booking ahead of you, which can result in you moving to a different site or departing the property. This is how you lock in the best rate! We respectfully request that you notify us with as much advance notice as possible of your upcoming departure, so we can open up your site for future guests. If you are aware of your definite departure in 30 or more days in advance, even further please let us know and we will work with you. Some guests have given 2 or 3 month notice of departure which is appreciated when possible. Long term reservations are beneficial to you as NOONE can book ahead of you which would require you to change sites or depart the property. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to give us the heads up so we can extend your stay committment in the future months. For example, if you know you want to stay through the end of next April, please send us an email or text and let us know. We will do our very best to work with you and extend your reservation committment as necessary when sites are available.
The prevailing monthly rate will be applied to future reservations. The prevailing monthly rate may change at any time due to market conditions. It is advantageous to give as much advance notice as possible to lock in the best rate available.
Your Electricity deposit will be applied to your metered electricity fees, and will be refunded to you within 30 days after the end of the current month of departure if there is a credit balance on your account.
Your Site deposit will be applied toward your account to offset any remaining fee balance or other fees on your account, and and refunded to you within 30 days after the end of the current month of departure if there is a credit balance on your account.
